Our patient-focused approach places you and your family’s needs directly at the heart of quality care delivery — without added stress, inconvenience, or financial uncertainty.

Fees and payment

Fees for medical services can be complicated and confusing, as well as costly. For example, co-pays for acute care (like the ER) can exceed $500/visit, without including the testing and treatments you receive.

Our pricing and payment model is simple. Services start at $299/visit. Credit card payment for scheduled visits and services is required and processed before care delivery, and we accept all major credit cards. Fees for medical supplies plus provider travel and time are included and visible prior to payment submission—no insurance copays, facility surcharges, or surprise after-visit fees.

Insurance coverage

To minimize complexity and control costs, we do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with all the clinical documentation required to submit a claim to your insurance provider, including generation of a superbill. If you have questions prior to scheduling a Conciurgent Care service, check directly with your health insurance carrier.

Healthcare professional provider treating patient injury
Can I trust Conciurgent Care?
Conciurgent Care’s founder is a board-certified physician who has built the company around his core values of honesty, compassion, kindness, and integrity. Providers have been thoroughly vetted to ensure that care will be of the highest quality. In addition to undergoing a thorough background check, each one has verified credentials and extensive clinical experience.

After you book a service, a member of our triage team will call you to confirm your appointment. If your needs do not fall under the service description, your appointment will be canceled and you will be refunded all but the triage call.

You also can complete a telehealth encounter first. If you end up needing a service, your telehealth payment will be applied toward the needed service to avoid a duplicate charge. Members can call their Conciurgent Care physician directly and ask for medical advice prior to scheduling a service.

Before payment, you will choose what type of provider you would like: physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant. Depending on your needs, an experienced registered nurse might also join your care team (included). After payment, you will receive the name, credentials, and a photograph of your provider. Often, the provider will call while en route to ask basic questions about your health history and what is currently going on.
Certain conditions can only be treated safely in an acute care setting. Depending on your health needs, your provider may refer you to an emergency department or other healthcare setting.

No, you will be charged as usual for your Conciurgent Care visit or consultation. If you schedule a service and the triage team directs you to the emergency department, you will be refunded except for the cost of the triage call.

Our providers are experienced and equipped to provide the services you’d typically find at an urgent care center. We treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries in patients of all ages, including:

• Allergies
• Bronchitis
• Cellulitis
• Colds, COVID-19, flu
• Conjunctivitis
• Cuts, scrapes, burns
• Dehydration
• Ear infections
• Fever
• Food poisoning

• Migraines
• Muscle or joint pain
• Nausea and morning sickness
• Orthopedic injuries
• Pneumonia
• Rashes
• Sinus infections
• Sore throat
• Stomach flu
• Urinary tract infections (UTI)

Members have direct access to our clinical staff for basic questions and photo review. Nonmembers can complete a telehealth visit.
Outstanding! We believe primary care doctors are the cornerstone of a person’s healthcare. Conciurgent Care does not deliver primary care, but we work with many primary doctors (both concierge and non-concierge) and help their patients receive the care they need. Many primary care offices are not able to provide services such as laceration repair, migraine cocktails, fluids for dehydration, etc. We offer a convenient solution for primary care doctors who want the best for their patients. We will coordinate treatment plans with your doctor to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Payment

How do I pay for services?
Prior to completing your online service request, you provide a credit card that will be charged before service delivery.
We can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to insurance, but we do not accept insurance.

Depending on your insurance, you may pay more out of pocket. Our services start at $299. Check with your insurance carrier. Many insurance plans require copays of up to $500 for acute care services and still charge out-of-pocket expenses.

Yes! You can purchase any service in the form of a certificate that the recipient can use to receive the service.

No, tipping is not allowed. Your feedback, however, is crucial. Providers may be eligible for bonuses based on positive reviews.

Why should I become a member?
